The clients purchased a condo in a new build on Eagle Beach. The property was expected to house all visiting family members and when it wasn't being used as a vacation home for the clients they will be renting it with a property manager. The goals were to have adequate, comfortable sleeping arrangements for all ten family members within three bedrooms. Oversee and communicate the work being done by the building, oversee and communicate all customized work done by local trades and keep the project installation on schedule. We worked together to establish their unique style and determined what elements we would customize to bring character in to add interest and differentiation. To do this we added a wood panel wall in the entrance and brought in textured pieces that evoked the elements. This was a full service scope from start to finish.
