Aruba studio b

At one time the space was being used as a clothing boutique and the clients wanted to convert it into a studio apartment to be used as a short term rental. They wanted the space to be very relaxing and grounding. We kept the space uncluttered, utilized a lighter color pallet with hints of earthy tones, brought in natural materials and favored long linear lines in both the studio and kitchen storage. Changing the orientation of the bathroom door allowed for a full kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage. We designed a full functioning custom kitchen and worked with a local builder on the fabrication.
