This space was being rented on a long term basis, the clients were looking to convert it into a short term rental. As a vacation rental they wanted to include a full kitchen, a place to lounge and watch tv, somewhere to sleep and a closet. With just 200 sq ft of living space we reworked the layout, removed the wall between the kitchen and the bedroom to accommodate their needs and keep the space open. We designed a full functioning custom kitchen and worked with a local builder on the fabrication. The renovations were well received, the owners are now super hosts with a 95% occupancy rate.
