For this property the clients had just purchased a historic town house. The configuration of the home didn't suit their lifestyle and needs. At the time of purchase the kitchen was on the third floor adjacent a dining / living area. The clients wanted to bring the kitchen and dining room to the first floor and create a master suit on the third floor. For this we removed the kitchen on the third floor and replaced it with a custom ensuite master bathroom. We situated a new custom kitchen and bar on the main floor for entertaining.
